    Yes, I can multi-take and work under pressure.

  2. Describe your previous job experience.

    My previous job experience I set-up new files for processors to process in a fast paced Real Estate law firm. Reviewed contracts and entered data entry consistently and accurately into company system. Called clients or Real Estate Agents for information not provided on Real Estate contract(s). I completed daily reports on Microsoft Excel and emailed daily reports to Supervisor and Manager via Microsoft Outlook. I also trained new employees, performed general administrative duties and ordered inventory for a staff of 100+ employees. I prepared letters and other documents in a timely manner as needed and assisted in other departments with data entry and other tasks.

    Both. I can work independently and/or in a team under minimal supervision.

    I have 10+ years experience with computers. I'm an Advance user of Windows XP/Vista operating systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook?and Internet Explorer.? Proficient in Microsoft Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and WordPerfect.

    I would rate my communication skills as above average. I have outstanding customer service and communication skills in person and over the phone.

    Honors or awards that I have received in the past are Honor Student, Perfect Attendance, Keyboarding Award, Science Medal and Mystery Shopper Award.

    What my resume does not reveal is my professional demeanor and appearance. In a business environment, these qualities are of the utmost importance in dealing with clients as well as co-workers.     I enjoy visiting my home country Trinidad [located in the Caribbean], making and spending money, shopping, animals, Pit Bulls, hanging out with my 3 beautiful dogs, music of all types, movies, fitness, nutrition, cars, detailing our cars, hooking up our rides, television, surfing the web, movies, landscaping, plants/flowers, working out, staying in shape, watching my health, kick-boxing, mixed-martial arts (MMA), boxing, sparing, going to church, outdoors, bike riding, camping, hockey, cooking over a campfire, traveling, horseback riding, spending time with my family, hanging out with friends/acquaintances, snorkeling, pina-colada on the beach, floating in warm water, sightseeing, anything that can be made competitive as well as anything that makes me sore the next day and of course sleeping.

    In your spare time I enjoy shopping, hanging out with my 3 beautiful dogs, listening to music, watching movies/TV, detailing our cars, hooking up our rides, surfing the web, landscaping, gardening, working out, going to church, outdoors, bike riding, camping, horseback riding, spending time with my family, hanging out with friends/acquaintances, pina-colada on the beach, and of course sleeping.

  18. What has motivated you the most to become what you are today?

    My family, being able to go shopping and live debt free has motivated me the most in life.

    People abusing dogs/animals and child molesters.

    Company was down-sizing.

  21. Why have you held so many jobs in recent times?

    I held so many jobs in recent times because I was laid off a few times. A few I wanted a better opportunity as well as higher pay due to economy.
